1 Bligh sets new standards for efficient and flexible workspace at every level. With approximately 42,000sqm of space over 27 office floors, the feeling of openness within the building is dramatically increased by the glass-enclosed atrium. The atrium provides natural light through to the southern portion of the floor plates and dynamic views through the building, providing staff enjoyment on all floors.

Floor plates of up to 1,630sqm NLA are designed to provide optimal flexibility for tenants, from open plan to externally placed offices. The floors accommodate a range of tenant requirements and fit-out densities from dealing floors to any mix of open plan office environments. All floor plates offer the potential to be subdivided into smaller suites which open to circulation corridors that connect to the two offset cores.

For multi-floor tenancies, staircases can be added to enhance interconnection between floors. To further enhance the flexibility, raised floors of 150mm allow for efficient, cost effective planning and modification of office areas.

The columns are set back approximately five metres from the façade and with a typical ceiling height of 2700mm increasing to 2900mm at the perimeter, the floor to ceiling glass maximises the magnificent views and promotes a sense of space unique to 1 Bligh.
